Every Popzy bag is built for the school year and backed by our warranty. If something goes wrong, tell us and we’ll sort it out directly with you.

  • Bought on popzybags.com1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.
  • School ordersFree replacement for the first 2 months, then repair or replacement for the rest of the 1-year warranty.

Please note: the warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear from everyday use cannot be claimed under warranty.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects that show up with normal school use, such as:

  • Zips or sliders that break or stop working
  • Stitching or seams that come apart
  • Straps, handles or buckles that tear or break

For our customers

If you bought your bag on popzybags.com, it has a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect shows up in that time, we’ll repair or replace the bag.

For schools

School bags ordered in bulk come with extra cover:

  1. First 2 months: free replacementIf a bag has a manufacturing defect within 2 months of delivery to the school, we replace it with a new one.
  2. Up to 1 year: repair or replacementAfter the first 2 months and until the end of the 1-year warranty, we repair or replace bags with manufacturing defects.

Schools and parents can contact us directly for any warranty issue.

How to make a claim

  1. Take photosTake clear photos of the problem and, if you can, one of the whole bag.
  2. Send us the detailsMessage us on WhatsApp or use the form below. Customers: share your order number. Schools: share the school name, how many bags are affected, and the class or student name if you have it.
  3. We sort it outWe check the photos and tell you whether the bag will be replaced or repaired, and how it will be collected or sent.

What the warranty doesn’t cover

Only manufacturing defects are covered. These are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use, such as fading, scuffs, fraying or dirt
  • Accidents, cuts, burns or damage from sharp objects
  • Overloading the bag beyond normal school use
  • Damage from misuse, machine washing or harsh cleaning
