Shipping charges
India: a flat ₹59 per order, anywhere in India.
International: we also ship outside India. The international shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Payment
You can pay online at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India.
Delivery time
- Orders within India are delivered in 3–6 working days.
- Delivery can take a little longer during festivals, peak back-to-school weeks, or in remote areas.
- International delivery times depend on the destination country. Message us on WhatsApp for an estimate.
Customs and duties
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check your order in My account, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the shipping charge may apply again.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please take photos and message us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return and refund policy for details.
